K & L Microwave recently completed its 2009 United Way campaign totaling $23,000, an incredible 35% increase from last year. K & L Microwave’s generous contribution will greatly support the United Way’s goal of raising $1.6 million to benefit the less fortunate on the Lower Eastern Shore. “It’s inspiring to see employees of local businesses like K & L step up to help those in need,” said Gus LeBois, United Way Board Member and Wicomico County Campaign Chairman. “K & L’s increased support really reflects the generosity of our community.”
